On the menu, he calls for sea bream and lemon butter, lamb mouse and thyme juice. The sea spray is never far away with beautiful seafood platters overflowing with shellfish. Gourmandise is the megaphone of a generous signature, and taste is everywhere.

L’Escale’s kitchen comes to your home. From its online store, the restaurant offers a complete menu each week, including appetizer, main course and dessert. Among the must-haves, the seafood platter is the star of the show with its half-lobster, oysters, scampi, whelks, shrimps, periwinkles and clams. We also love the tuna tataki, half-cooked as it should be, and its Chinese noodles and crunchy vegetables. And to accompany the chef’s weekly creations, you can slip a rosé or red wine from the Île de Ré into your glass.
